Sunny is currently working in Product Strategy at OES, part of SEEK Group. Previous to this, he was a Senior Consultant at EY within the Management Consulting Practice. Mayank is currently a Consultant at EY within the Strategy and Transaction Advisory Practice.
Together, they are the co-founders and hosts of Bottled Up, a podcast platform focused on creating conversations around men's mental health. Through this, they have had the opportunity to speak with activists, actors, athletes, doctors, entrepreneurs, and many more extraordinary people!
our Story
Bottled Up is a youth-led men’s mental health initiative. We provide a platform for people to share their journeys and mental health stories, through storytelling, in the hope of inspiring others to do the same.
The initiative was spurred out of the lived experience of Co-founders and Hosts, Sunny Bahuguna and Mayank Sohani, who have experienced mental health directly. For those struggling with their mental health, we want them to feel empowered to reach out for assistance and act. And even if listeners aren’t going through something themselves, we hope they feel empowered to recognise the signs and check in on those around them.
Past guests have included professional athletes, actors, activists, ex-criminals, and world record holders. As of writing, we have over 50,000+ listens across 15+ countries and featured on the ABC, SAARI Collective and IndianLink.
